Systems analysts, engineers, and other technical and telecommunications professionals involved in the deployment of Intermec products and technologies.

Prerequisites

An understanding of wireless network technologies. Participants are required to bring a Windows based laptop with a RS232 serial port.

Course Objective

• Participants will learn about the implementation and configuration of Intermec scanning, printing and networking technologies in wireless networks
• Participants will learn how to connect Intermec handheld computers, and label printers to an 802.11 network
• Participants will learn how to configure and use the features of Intermec handheld computers in a WAN environment
• Participants will learn how to configure and connect Bluetooth^® peripherals, and how to use SmartSystems to manage devices.
